Dear GOSH fooders,
We already know that we are what we eat and that is why we want to be GOSH food. One-way to preserve the nutrients from the GOSH food we eat is to consume it raw.
This is a recipe I posted on the GOSH food show (the You Tube channel) that is an all-in-1 as most GOSH food recipes are.
It is healthy because it provides you with raw good fats, antioxidants and fibres. It is yummy because really delicious. And it is OKAY because affordable and very simple to make.
What to buy (2 persons):
1 tbsp. of raw cocoa powder (or more according to your taste)
1 Handful of the berries of your choice
What to do:
With a fork mash them altogether and mix till you obtain a smooth texture.
Add whole berries
Optional: Add honey for a sweeter version.
Tips and notes:
Fats are slowly digested, hence this ‘dessert’ will make you fill full for longer. Good fats are also a great contributor to good looking skin and essential to good cells communication.
If you are looking for extreme fat loss ditch the banana and mash the berries but frankly if this is your half banana of the day it will have more beneficial impacts (magnesium, fibre, fullness and satisfaction) than negative ones (fructose).
